That's right, I wrote it... WORK. I did it today! Babysitting is/isn't work. It is work because there are two little boys who take a lot of energy to entertain. Not that I have to entertain them, but I figure since I have them I might as well enjoy them. When I got to the house where I'm babysitting every Thursday and every other Friday the five year old little girl, Julianna, was crying, then her mom had her tell me this morning there was an elephant in her backyard and i said "really?" and she said "april fools!" Then she wasn't crying anymore. And, before she went to school she gave me a great big hug and said that she hoped she'd get to see me after school.
Kelly, the mom, got home roughly around two. I was at the house until 3:30. First of all she had to bring in groceries and then she asked me to wait 15-30 minutes longer so Julianna could see me. It was no problem. Matter, 22 months, and Ethan, 3 years, are SO sweet and cute. When I say sweet I mean little devils that can't be left alone, but it's all good. I adore them.
So, other than work, my friend Shannon called me in the middle of the day, it was an unexpected surprise and Sam called me around 3pm, but I missed the call. He said he might need a ride home. I'm waiting for him to call again. We were suppose to go to Cali for a few days to celebrate his mothers birthday, but he is stuck here waiting to find out if he's going to get sent to SAR (Search and Rescue) School in Floride... for a MONTH! Arg. His family said I could live with them for the month, but I have WoRk... SO I wouldn't be able to stay that long, ahh, but time in Cali sounds delicious.
The weather around here has been horrible. Rain and Clouds for the past five days. This place is suppose to have warm weather. I still love it here. Well, I should go, maybe I'll go home and clean before Sam gets there. I can work on being "the good wife." -I'd rather watch Pocahontas.- Guess that shows where my maturity level is... hahaha. Chao!

I'd rather watch Pocahontas than work, too. lol. But then again, now that I'm getting big... my feet hurt so bad that I would rather do anything than work.

I'm glad that you enjoy your new job. And there's nothing wrong with wanting to watch a Disney movie. I personally wouldn't choose Pocahantas, but that's okay. lol I'll call you later to catch up on all the details. Luv ya!

Calgon Take Me Away...
Ughhhh... Why are people such pains in the butt? I was going to say why are men such pains in the butt and then I realized, just as much as any man is one, in particular Sam, I am just as much of a pain.
I think that we need time away from each other, not a lot of time, but enough to clear our minds maybe. It's not that I want time away from him, it's not like I have a choice even, but none-the-less, if we end up being apart for a few days, it's probably for the better.
For once I am not at the library, my friend Alicia (hi Alicia) is letting me use her computer. It's nice to be out of the apartment and not dwelling on the fact that I don't know if Sam is coming home tonight or not. Fights are so stupid, and they're always just miscommunications blown out of proportion.
I wish I could visit Wisconsin for a week or two. I miss my friends, and the little kids I had the pleasure of watching. I have a job now! There's not much of a point to write about it, because most of the people that read my journal already know, but anyway, now it's documented.
I hope that there's a thunderstorm tonight. It seems like around here hard rain for a few hours is considered a thunderstorm. Only once since I've been out here have I seen lightening.
I have finished two books since I said I wanted to find something I actually enjoyed reading. They are The Ultimate Personality Guide, and What No One Tells The Bride. I am in the middle of Why Am I Up, Why Am I Down. Ah yes, how I yearn for knowledge...
I suppose, time to pull myself away from the computer. I forgot how addicting these things can be if there's no time limit.

What Just Happened?!
**EDIT:8/1/2009
I concieved Austin 2-4 day before this entry.
End EDIT*
Wow- I've had a crazy week... What am I saying? I always have crazy weeks. When are my weeks not crazy? Well anyway, what can I say? I have had the best and worst times this week. I called my friend Shannon twice because I was devastated for reasons I don't think I can recall, oh yes, Sam was playing playstation rather than paying attention to me, and it was more than I could handle. Why am I so pathetic?
Alright, last night there wasn't the usual posse of Navy Boys at my apartment. I thought that I was sick of them, but really I missed the excitement of drunken sailors falling around my living place. I had a nice night watching a semi-serious/comedic movie. (Matchstick Men) I almost cried. I hate crying in front of Sam because of a movie. He's such a "macho man." And I... Well, I am just a pansy.
I can't wait until I have a kid and live through it and can glare at him if he ever calls me a pansy again.
Our car in the last three days has had about $1200 worth the work done on it. Needless to say, Sam and I are poor again. We managed to get a $500 Kelly Tire loan which needs to be paid off in June, and it wouldn't be difficult if we didn't need to pay for rent, $247 car insurance, and food every month. Our combined phone bill of $90 doesn't help either. I could blame him, but I won't for two reasons. It's his money to begin with, and when he spends it sometimes it's for me too.
My time is up, but I don't want to stop writing. I might get to a friends house today and write more. I still need to look up jobs and so on and so forth. Hurray-Hurrah. :-P

Hey hun, sounds like it has been an intersting week. I like your comment about having a kid and living through it though. lol. I use being pregnant as an excuse for just about everything in the book. This is me... "I'm pregnant, I'm entitled to be crabby whenever I want to be." lol. Cute, huh? Anyway - take care!

I want, I want, I want!
I want a puppy, or a kitty, but more I want a puppy.
I want to live in a place that lets me have a puppy that can grow to be more than 25 pounds.
I want a job... and to be picky,
I want a stay at home job so I can see whoever I want, whenever I want.
I want more friends, or friends that have as few responsibilities as me, or my friends that live in Wisconsin to live in Virginia.
I want the internet and a music channel.
I want to own all of my favorite Disney movies.
I want to be good at chess and not to lose to the easiest setting of the computer. I want to find a book that's interesting and to be able to finish reading it.
I want to stop being so emotional for no reason.
(Yesterday I had a great day, I went to the driving range, actually hit the ball far, I went to a pet store, and a real mall, and Sam was a sweetheart and I still broke down later that night because of a stupid play station chess game. I even won, but I still cried. It made no sense at all to cry, but there I was sobbing for over an hour.)
I want to have a flat stomach. My stomach doesn't look horrible, but it's not how I want it. I have no idea how to fix it, I think I might just be made to have a little bump on my stomach and yet I do not want it there... Ugh...
I want to find a college and something I want to major in. I am so stressed out right now.
There is so much I could do on the internet that I feel needs to be done and my time is past up. I get kicked off as soon as someone else wants the computer.
Maybe I'll get lucky and get invited to a friends house who has internet tonight... :-) That would be wonderful... But I won't know for another three or four hours. Oy!

On My Own
Today, I think is the first day I have left the apartment while Sam was home. He decided that when he got home from work he was going to play with his new golf toy. And as much as I love being by him, I didn't want to sit outside in the cold and watch him hit a ball in circles. I'm hoping he gets bored with it and we can go to the driving range. As for now I'm at the library. It's been a while since I was last here.
Now that Sam's in the ship yards I never get the car. Not that I'd want it, when having it means having to merge on the interstate. I'm not ready for that yet. I've had a crazy week, and it's only Tuesday. Sunday night Sam took it upon himself to invite a "few" of his buddies over... So I met Ryan, Joe, Jason, and Kassandra, all 20 years old, and Jon was there, he's 21 and Trevor,18, and his girlfriend Nicole,17, were there. Then of course there was Sam and I. It was a crazy fun night after I had a breakdown.
I had four mike's hard lemonades and got sick, that wasn't the fun part. Meeting new people was. And more fun than that was that Ryan, Joe, and Jon all spent the night and the whole next day in my apartment. Sam left for work at 4:30am as usual and they all stayed. So, some of the funniest things I have ever seen include three navy boys watching Down to You, A Guy Thing, and Wizard of Oz. Jon made a big spaghetti dinner and a new friend, Tyler, 19 came over. Tyler made me feel not stupid for being married, and it is the first time another individual has given me that feeling. He is engaged and his g/f is still back in Cali, but he really wants to get marred. His birthday is 10 days before Sam's. He's on a helo-carrier called the U.S.S. Cypan or something like that. Anyway, before and during dinner we all watched Queen of the Damned and afterward we watched Family Guy. Ryan, Joe, and Jon stayed for another night and got up at 4:30am with Sam to go to PT. Poor boys.
I still haven't returned my friend Brandy's phone call. It was two Sundays ago that she called and I haven't found the time. If I had minutes I'd call during the day, but I don't again until the 19th. Ugh... I hope she doesn't hate me.
Wow, I have used up most of my 30 minutes at the library, and I told Sam I'd be gone 30 minutes at the most. I think it's time for me to go. I could probably write a bunch more if it weren't for the time thing... But I can't.

Hey!
I don't think you are stupid for getting married. I'm married, too! I just want you to be truly happy, and I think you are selling yourself short in that area. I just want to always to tell you the truth as I see it, and not just what you want to hear. I do hope everything works out for you. I really do care about you!

Poor Best Friend
Hi... My best friend is sad, and yes, best friend, I know you're reading this. Anyway, before I go on about how I want to be there for my best friend I'm going to talk about a few other things. Sam has unexpectedly come home early for the past two days. This is really good in my opinion because recently, like the past two or three weeks I have been really depressed. Anyway, him coming home when I don't expect him to makes me happy. I think my new found happiness could also be due to the 80 degree temperatures that have been coming on so generously. I do believe this summer will be a good one. Hmmm, lemme see, recently, I broke down three nights ago, but that seems common for me, so no big deal. Um, I think enough about me... On to my favorite person, "best friend." I want her to come live by me, but I know that's selfish and I should go live by her just as much as she should come live by me. I wish air fair was inexpensive.... Then I would be by her as much as I could... And on nice and sunny days she could come by me. Actually, I could write more about everything, but I want to talk to her, so I'm going to go. Someday, when I get internet at my house I'll write more.

I Need a Hobby
First I'm going to write about yesterday, the 29th of February. It was a gorgeous day in Norfolk, I went for an hour walk, scouting out my neighborhood and surrounding areas. There are a lot of roads around here that lead to nowhere. And it seems there's always some lake or river, or other body of water in the way of where I want to go. I think I need a canue... Ah yes, so, I went for a walk, talked to family and friend and then night came and I watched a good portion of the Oscars. I miss the good old days where things were more exciting. Today... Well, last night... couldn't fall asleep for anything, I was woken up by my phone, I felt rushed to get ready and then I was thrown into a social situation, which didn't turn out to be too bad, but it made me miss home and people I know. Then I got super stressed for really no apparent reason and that's where I stand now. I wish I understood myself! Someday I suppose. I have to end my entry now, so my husband can talk to his friends and family... I need a hobby.
